(New) Clan-Tastic!

Last month we finally completed work on the Scotclans site that allows us to add new clan pages much more easily. We decided that the best option would be to add a large amount of new clan pages and post up the clan tartans and clan crests as well as set up each clan shop as these are all quite tasks for us to perform.

Next comes the researching and writing. The Clan People sections are reasonably fast to put together as we can usually find good information online covering famous Scots with the appropriate surname. Once we have worked through the list of new clans then comes the more time consuming task of gathering clan histories.


We are about one third of the way through the list of new clan people pages (for some reason we decided to start at the back of the alphabet - no idea why) Once that work is completed we will begin on the clan histories. Please be patient if your name is on the new clan lists - the histories will appear soon.
