Home of Golf and boasts more than forty courses

Fife's existence as a distinct entity can be traced back to the Pictish Kingdom of Fib in the centuries after the departure of the Romans.

A Royal Home

Dunfermline served as a Royal residence and burial place for many centuries. It is said to be home to the remains of eight Scottish kings, four queens and assorted princes and princesses.
